Pursuant to § 17-504 of the Frederick City Code, the following monthly solid waste collection and disposal fees are adopted, effective June 30, 2010

Urban/Rural Residential Customer

Alley/Curbside Collection $20.40/Polycart
Additional Cart $13.96/Polycart
House Side Collection $31.55/Polycart

Commercial/Industrial Customer**

Polycart-served Customers $31.55/Polycart
Extra Lifts $13.40/Each
Shared Dumpster, per Customer $31.55/Each

  *Residential collection service provided in Service Provider owned 95 gallon polycart; alley collection if feasible.
**Commercial collection service provided in Service Provider owned dumpsters.  Service level determined by customer.  Fees for larger dumpsters and other specialized collection requirements will be established on a case-by-case basis by the City Manger.
